Terms
Terms
The rules for using CrashPricer and a clear explanation of how data is handled.
Last updated: September 10, 2026
Estimates are informational and must be confirmed by a qualified repair professional before work begins.
1. Agreement
By using CrashPricer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be legally able to accept these Terms or use the app with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
2. What the service provides
CrashPricer helps you record vehicle details and visible damage, receive an AI-assisted repair-cost range, save cases locally, and export reports. Signed-in customers can explicitly import local case details or publish a case to the repair marketplace, compare and accept repair-shop offers, exchange contact details after acceptance, receive in-app updates, and find nearby repair businesses. Local cases and photos do not automatically sync between devices. Repair-shop accounts can publish a business profile and respond to requests. Features and availability may change by device, location, account type, or app version.
3. Estimates are informational
Results are estimates, not binding quotes, professional inspections, safety certifications, insurance valuations, or guarantees. Photos can hide structural, mechanical, electrical, or safety damage. Do not drive an unsafe vehicle. Obtain an in-person assessment before authorizing repairs or making insurance, legal, sale, or safety decisions.
4. AI analysis and your responsibility
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Before the first AI photo analysis under the current disclosure, the app asks permission to send the selected photos and limited vehicle context to OpenAI and saves that choice on the device. The permission can be reset from the Privacy screen. Review every suggested part, damage type, severity, repair action, and price range. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the information and photos you submit.
5. Marketplace and repair shops
CrashPricer provides tools for customers and independent repair shops to find each other and exchange requests and offers. CrashPricer does not perform repairs, inspect or take custody of vehicles, process payment, hold funds in escrow, arrange delivery, or guarantee a shop, offer, appointment, repair, part, warranty, or result. Accepting an offer records the selected offer and shares contact details so the customer and shop can coordinate; the customer and shop must agree directly on the final inspection, repair scope, price, taxes, parts, timing, additional work, cancellation, warranty, payment, and vehicle handover. Each shop is responsible for its business information, legal authorisations, work, personnel, and promises. Any verification label means only the specific checks described in the app and is not a safety, quality, licensing, insurance, or workmanship guarantee.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, or otherwise harmful content. Do not impersonate others; publish content you do not have the right to use; disclose unnecessary personal or confidential information; spam or manipulate offers and reviews; interfere with the service; reverse engineer protected parts of the app; misuse estimates to deceive another person; or use the app to facilitate unsafe or unlawful activity.
7. Reports, review, and enforcement
Users can report marketplace content or conduct and block another user. We may review reports, relevant account activity, and submitted evidence. Depending on severity, history, and context, we may dismiss a report, remove content, issue a warning, temporarily suspend marketplace access, permanently ban an account, or take action required by law. Serious conduct may result in immediate suspension or a permanent ban without a prior warning. Current sessions may be revoked and active marketplace requests or offers may be cancelled; cancelled bookings are not restored automatically. Moderation decisions are recorded for security, consistency, appeals, and legal compliance. To appeal a warning, removal, suspension, or ban, contact support@crashpricer.com with the account email and relevant report or decision details.
8. Your content and app rights
You keep ownership of your photos and case information. You give us a limited right to process submitted content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service as described in the Privacy notice. CrashPricer, its software, branding, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
9. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue features. Network, device, AI-provider, or third-party map failures may interrupt the service. We may restrict use that threatens users, the service, or compliance with law.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular repair result. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
11. Governing law, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection or right to bring a claim before a competent court. First contact support@crashpricer.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app notice.
